I'm Angela Wright

I coach and support professional women of color in entry and mid-level management, who are currently mired in the distressing challenges of navigating microaggressions, impostor syndrome, systemic challenges and workplace turmoil and desire the next professional promotional step.

Raised in Texas and currently living the last 30 years in Portland, Oregon. I am a mom, wife and healthcare director.

My journey to becoming a successful Healthcare Director was fraught with challenges that many women of color will recognize. I faced racial microaggressions, was overlooked for promotions, and often felt disrespected and marginalized. The turning point came when I realized that to overcome these obstacles, I needed to find my voice and confidence, understand the intricacies of my environment, and remain true to myself. This realization led to my professional breakthrough and formed the cornerstone of my coaching program.

I understand the power of storytelling and reflective listening in fostering resilience and self-belief. By sharing my story and listening to others, I provide a powerful catalyst for change and growth.
