My name is Angela Wright, and I am a biracial woman who identifies as Black. I’m a Mom of four and a wife and former healthcare director and certified coach.

I’ve spent most of my life navigating predominantly white environments—growing up in Texas and now living in Portland, Oregon, a city where diversity is scarce.

I’ve faced many of the same challenges you may be experiencing right now: the microaggressions, the feelings of isolation, the pressure to conform, and the constant need to prove myself.

I’ve been a senior leader for over 15 years, I'm a certified coach, with Association of Coaching, and I'm dedicated to helping women of color grow in their leadership role.
